Submersible Jet Aerator |

Stormix aerators are highly energy efficient aerators with higher rate of transfer of oxygen / H.P. They are dependent on the air intake rate, which varies as per the motor submergence. At normal submergence of 0.70m, the air intake capacity (for a 5 H.P. Aerator) is about 80 m3/ hr. Their release in form of micronized bubbles imparts about 210-215 Kg oxygen / day under normal ETP conditions.
This air is released in the highly turbulent zone, causing micronization of air bubbles. This activity results in very high oxygen transfer rates. The stormix aerators are thus the most energy saving aeration devices.
They generate about 40-45 kgs of oxygen per H.P in comparison to Blower which generates 20-22 kgs of oxygen per H.P

- The characteristics of good life products UV systems are:
- We design UV disinfection systems having a minimum flow rate of 200 LPH (ltrs/ hour) up to any capacity required
- The units are designed to operate from a power supply of standard current: 240 V 50 hertz, single phase
- Smaller and medium flow rate (Models GL1 to GL55) are wall units
- Hour Meter and Individual lamp indicators are a standard feature in UV models except GL1, GL3, GL6, GL10
- We can add audio alarm at request. It will cost extra
- The wetted parts are only SS304 and FEP tubes
- The water and electrical parts never come in contact
- Advanced FEP (Teflon) tubing is excellent
- The non-fouling FEP eliminates the need for frequent cleaning hence there is less maintenance.
- No need for wipers.(quartz UV manufacturers provide a wiper cleaning system.)
- FEP is chemically inert. Substances in water do not attack it
- FEP is heating resistant and unaffected by UV rays
- FEP tubes can withstand high pressure
- Quartz sleeves cannot crack causing leaks.
- Good Life Products method of flowing water through its advanced FEP (Teflon) tubes separate from electrical circuits enhances system safety
- In Good Life UV system are enclosed but not sealed in the UV chamber
- Water passing through the teflon tubes is exposed to UV light at full 360 deg ensuring maximum kill
- All models above GL45 will have a separate UV chamber and control panel. The UV chamber is of stainless steel & control panel of mild steel
- Only FEP (Teflon) and SS 304/ 316 parts come in contact with the liquid
- Quality is strictly maintained
