Compact Treatment Units

These compact treatment units works on the process of 'Fluidised Media Bioreactor' This process involves the degradation of wastewater by means of Microrganisms provided in these compact units. Required Aeration ( which provides the necessary oxygen required for the microrganims) is provided by means of Diaphgram Air Pump and Polymer Diffuser. A polymer diffuser and Fluidised media is contained in a cylindrical compact unit and Air Pump is placed on top of the tank.

A polymer diffuser presents at the bottom of cylinder release a flow of micronised air that moves upward and pulls the waste water upward. When the organic component of waste water comes in direct contact with microbial growth leads to its rapid degradation.

Septic Tank Treatment

Septic systems are closed systems, that is, other than the particular waste waters for which they are purported, no other waste water is allowed to enter it. It follows that no other bacteria can enter the system until the waste water leaves the septic tank and enters the soak pit. The organic solid settled in the septic tank, may need removal.

The majority of the bacteria in the septic tank are anaerobic stomach bacteria. These bacteria excrete slime like mucous, protecting the anaerobes from oxygen, which is fatal for them. When in contact with the soak pit soil and secrete this slime in copious amounts which eventually clogs the pores of the soil. These Compact Aerobic Treament Units solves this problem in a simple manner. These units being the most efficient aerator of the septic system sends streams of micronised air (through a diffuser), with a high oxygen transfer efficiency, into the waste water. The high exposure to oxygen simply kills the anaerobes within the septic system. These units also augments the septic system with the bugsy blend of bacterial culture.

This bacterial culture builds up a huge population (known as Bio Mass) within the multiplying device as well as the septic tank, causing the waste water solids to oxidize and degenerate into oxygen and water. These units are blend of bacteria which travels within the treated waste water to the soak pit and starts to digest the mucous, which may be clogging the soil pores.
